Refund & Exchange Policy – EiraLoom
At EiraLoom, we take great care to ensure that every piece you receive meets our quality standards. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our exchange policy below.
Exchanges Only – No Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery for a different size only.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

Unused and unworn

In its original packaging with all tags intact

Accompanied by the original invoice
Please note that customized products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
If reverse pickup is available for your pincode, we can arrange a pickup at a fee of ₹300.
Reverse pickup service may not be available for all locations—if unavailable, you’ll need to send the parcel back to our warehouse using a reliable courier.
For international exchanges, customers must ship the parcel back to us at their own expense and will also be responsible for the shipping charges of the exchanged item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
EiraLoom is not liable for any damage or loss caused during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Ensure that all packaging and damaged items are retained until the claim is resolved.
If you have received a wrong or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement.
Please note: We cannot process exchanges for customized, sale, or gift card items under any circumstances.
